TBBX low-voltage reactive in-place compensator
The test made by the Ministry of Machinery and the Ministry of Power Industry Power Capacitor Machinery Test Centre confirmed that it was up to standard. It passed the appraisal of Zhejiang Power Industry Bureau and filled the blank in Zhejiang Province.Besides,it has been allowed by PICC to cover quality responsibility insurance of product.
Application:
The product is directly shunted with terminal sensitive load of low-voltage network, which is able to fundamentally inprove power factor of electric network and save electricity.It is finished by assembling self-recover shunt power capacitor.Therefore,it has the characteristics of small volume,light,strong self-recover ability and good combination,etc. It's applicable to reactive in-place compenstator of sensitive load in urban and countryside enterprises and units.
There is a safeguard in each compenstator. When a capacitor breaks down, the safeguard will automatically cut off from the circuit and can discharge the voltage to below 50V within one minute to guarantee safety and prevent an accident from happening.
Performance:
1.Improve power factor of electric equipment up to 92~97%;
2.Good electricity-saving result. On average,lkvar compensator can save electricity of 0.08KW.h,
3.Increase output of transformer;
4.Improve quality of voltage,on average,it can decrease 30% of line loss inside electricity consumer;
5.Decrease the sectional area of transmission line wire;
6.Prolong the service life of relative electrical appliance, lower maintenance cost;
7.Have no throw-cut device and running components,need no special person to monitor or maintain it.
Service conditions:
1.The elevation should be under 2000 meters;
2.Temperaoyure of surroundings:-25℃~+40℃;
3.Without harmful gas and vapour, without conductivity and explosive dust;
4.Without acute mechanical vibration;
5.Comparative temperature doesn't exceed 85%;
6.Allowed to work for a long term below the rated voltage of≤1.1 times;
7.Allowed to work for a long term below the rated current of ≤1.3 times;
8.Should avoid frequent throw-in and cut-off.The time feom one cut-off to next throw-in should be at least one minute;
9.Should avoid being used in an occasion with severe harmonic pollution,
10.To assure safety, the conductive part of a compensator must be discharged before people touch a compensator, which has been switched off.
