XJH Series Portable Short-circuit Earth Lead

    The test,made by the Ministry of Power Industry Electric Safety Apparatus Quality Test Centre,confirmed that its various performance parameters were up to the standard of SD332-89.
    The product has passed the appraisal and acceptance fro new product made by Zhejiang Power Industry Bureau and obtained a national patent.
    The product was awarded a promoted project as a scientific and technological result of East China Power Network.Besides,its quality of product is insured with PICC.

Brief Introduction：

According to SD332-89 technical standard of the Ministry of Power Industry and the electric workers'requirements for modification of earth lead,the product is commonly developed and produced by both our own research presonnel and engineering technicians from power system.At present,it's the most ideal and new type short-circuit earth lead for upgraded-generation product.

Main characteristics：

1.Since earth copper wire is wrapped with transparent insulating soft sheathing,it can effectively prevent the wearing-out of earth copper wire during using to guarantee operator's safety during operation.

2.The outer sheathing of earth copper wire used for wire nose and bus clamp adopts new technology to connect,and it can effectively prevent strand of copper wire from breaking at the connection place, which may improve the reliability of earth lead and rpolong its service life.

3.New type earth lead clamp is portable, reliable in safety and flexible to operate.

4.New type earth lead adopts bag-style packaging.It's protable and is especially suitable for operation in the open air.

Applicable scope:

1．For repair and maintenance of 10kV～500kV transmission line，power plant and generator．

2．Temperature of surroundings is －40℃～＋50℃

Instructions and anentions:

1．Before being put into operation every time，should check carefully if a11the parbare well. Copper lead should not be naked，broken and nuts Should be tight．Otherwise，it can't be put into use．

2．To begin operation，clip tightly the lead nose on the earth terminal first，then go on other operation for safety。

3．During use，don't throw it casually，don't pull or draw it on the ground While it's moved to prevent dust sand and mud wearing copper 1ead．

4．After finishing operation，store it in a packing beg and put it in a cool and dry place。

5．After bearing short-circuit current,earth lead should be scrapped.
